About Elegance Cakes & Catering with Taurus Catering

We are an outside catering firm, providing a wide range of catering provisions to a varied range of customers. We also design and produce wedding and celebration cakes (usually tailored to the theme of each event).
Our services are customer focused, with the emphasis very much on value for money, quality of product and excellent service.

At present we have the capacity to provide cold food service to 500 and hot food service to approx.300. However with our expansion plans currently in action, we hope to increase these numbers.

Experience

The majority of our previous experience comes from providing Hot and Cold Buffets along with Silver Service style Sit-down meals, for large formal and in-formal occasions. These include wedding and evening receptions, family occasions, such as birthday parties and christenings and functions for organisations, such as Balls and fundraisers. We furthermore have provided to numerous other businesses, mainly in the form of lunches, for example sandwich platters and afternoon tea, when a less formal approach was required.

We have also previously been resident within a Community Centre, providing a hot and cold meal service to the local area. The aim of this was to supply nutritious and varied meals at an affordable price on a daily basis. This was quite successful, with us receiving some very positive feedback during the scheme..

We have been privileged to be involved with a number of interesting and unusual events. These have included a “Bugsy Malone” Children’s party, a Winter Wonderland themed Ball and a 1920’s Murder Mystery Day/Evening. This event also had a chocolate theme and called for us to design a menu, in which every course of every meal included chocolate. We are proud to say that we were able to rise to the challenge.

We have always been most concerned as to our customer’s satisfaction. Therefore we are always happy to tailor our products and services to our customer’s individual needs. There have, as in those mentioned above, been times when we have been delighted to design a menu for a customer, to suit either their need or their budget.
