HOW TO PAY

By Cheque or Postal Order

Made payable to “Elegance Cakes & Catering”, and mailed to:
The Admin Office,
Elegance Cakes & Catering with Taurus Catering.
Unit 22.
L22 2AG.

Please include a copy of your invoice with your payment, and write your reference number (if you have one, from your invoice) on the back of the cheque/postal order. A receipt will be forwarded to you upon clearance of payment.

By Cash

There are 2 ways to pay by cash:

We can collect cash payments from you if required. Please contact our office on Tel: 0151 281 5313 or 0151 526 0948 or email eleganceevents@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to arrange this.

By Recorded Delivery to the above address. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for payments lost or delayed in the mail, so a using a suitable service is essential. Please include a copy of your invoice with your payment.

By Bank Transfer

When making a payment by transfer, please include either your reference number (if you have one, from your invoice) or your full name and the date of your function/delivery as a reference (e.g John Smith 03/01/2007). Without this we may not be able to acknowledge the payment as being from you. It’s good idea to also telephone or email us to let us know you’ve paid this way.

If you require an additional receipt please inform us as soon as possible.

With Your PayPal Account

To do this, Log-in to your PayPal account, click on the “Send Money” tab and enter our email address in the “To” field. Enter the amount in the field and select “GBP- British Pounds”. Then click the “Personal” tab and select “Other”. Now click “Continue”. Ensure the details are correct. In the “Message” box, please type your name and the date of your function, so that we can verify the payment as being from you. Now click “Send Money”. You should receive an email receipt from PayPal , confirming your payment. Please note that we unable to pay any fees charged by PayPal for these transactions. You can avoid fees by using a PayPal balance, if you have one, or funding your PayPal transactions with your bank account rather than a credit or debit card.
